I am a nurse with over 10 years of experience working in Primary Care. I also hold a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and am currently pursuing a PhD. My doctoral research focuses on fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, with a particular interest in how dietary interventions and chronobiology may contribute to improving patients’ quality of life.
