Description

Dr. Nicole Erickson is a Registered Dietitian and senior research scientist at the Comprehensive Cancer Center of LMU Klinikum Munich. As a senior researcher leading the Health Competency Research team and the oncology clinical nutrition team, she works at the intersection of evidence-based nutrition, supportive cancer care, and patient-centered practice throughout the cancer care trajectory. Her expertise includes cancer prevention, cancer-related malnutrition, patient-centered care, screening, digital health, and rehabilitation. At the European level, Dr. Erickson is an active member of ESPEN and EFAD. She also contributes to the European Union Thematic Network on Integrated Nutrition in Cancer Care (INC2), supporting international collaboration and the integration of evidence-based nutrition care into oncology practice across Europe. Dr. Erickson has contributed to clinical guidelines and authored more than 75 publications, books, and book chapters. Dr. Erickson is always open to collobarations and multicenter studies.
