I am a clinical dietitian and PhD student at the University of Catania, Italy. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics in 2022, graduating with honors, and my Master’s degree in Human Nutrition Sciences in 2024, also with honors. In 2025, I completed a First-Level Master’s degree in Dysphagia and Related Disorders. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Basic and Applied Biomedical Sciences, with a focus on nutritional epidemiology and the relationship between diet and health.
