Description

Genya Okada, PhD, RD, is an Associate Professor and Registered Dietitian at the Prefectural University of Hiroshima, Japan. His research interests include clinical nutrition, hospital food quality, nutritional assessment, and patient-reported outcomes. He has published research on GLIM-defined malnutrition, sarcopenia, body composition, and perioperative nutritional management in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. He is also involved in microbiome research focusing on gut and oral microbial communities and their implications for human health.
