Description
Suzanne Ebonkie-Late Kollnig is a clinical pharmacist with an MSc in Micronutrient Therapy & Regulatory Medicine, combining hospital-based clinical experience with a strong focus on complex micronutrient deficiencies. During her work at University Hospital Zurich, she contributed to clinical nutrition workflows and multidisciplinary case discussions, including complex cases such as short bowel syndrome with severe micronutrient depletion.
Her work applies clinical micronutrition across four primary areas: prehabilitation and recovery, biochemical support during GLP-1/GIP therapies, high-stress performance conditioning, and the prevention of medication- or hormone-related micronutrient depletions. In parallel, she is developing a doctoral research project exploring individualized micronutrient strategies in relation to cardiometabolic and cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk markers.
She is particularly interested in research collaborations in perioperative care, metabolic health, women’s hormonal and micronutrient health, healthy ageing, and cardiovascular prevention. She is also active as a scientific speaker and author.
