Description

I am a geriatrician and Associate Professor with a strong interest in clinical nutrition, sarcopenia, frailty, and healthy ageing. My research focuses on malnutrition and muscle health in older adults, including body composition assessment, muscle ultrasound, functional performance, and emerging biomarkers related to sarcopenia and frailty. I am particularly interested in integrating nutritional assessment with practical clinical tools to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and management of age-related functional decline.
