Rationale: Weight-loss outcomes are influenced by various physiological, metabolic, and nutritional factors. Conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, hypothyroidism, and deficiencies of Vit. D & B12 can alter insulin sensitivity and overall metabolic efficiency, affecting an individual's response to weight-loss interventions. Study aims to understand the extent to which these conditions impact weight-loss outcomes.

Methods: This observational study included 400 adult participants divided into four groups of 100 participants each:

Group 1: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus receiving appropriate medical treatment.

Group 2: Vitamin D and/or Vitamin B12 deficiencies receiving supplementation.

Group 3: Hypothyroidism undergoing standard medical treatment.

Group 4: Without Metabolic or nutritional disorders.

All participants underwent a structured weight-loss program under professional supervision for one month. Body weight was recorded weekly, and weight-loss outcomes was monitored. Data was analyzed to assess differences in the rate and magnitude of weight reduction and BMI.

Results: Weight reduction was observed in all four groups following the one-month intervention. Participants in the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Group 1) and the group without metabolic or nutritional disorders (Group 4) experienced significantly greater weight loss (p < 0.05). Participants with vitamin deficiencies (Group 2) and hypothyroidism (Group 3) experienced variations in both the rate and magnitude of weight reduction compared with groups 1 and 4.

Conclusion: The study findings indicate that individuals with these conditions can achieve sustainable and clinically meaningful weight-loss outcomes through a structured dietary program combined with adequate medical care.
