Rationale: This Study aims to identify the most effective nutraceuticals for managing lipid components, treating Dyslipidemia, preventing cardiovascular diseases and reducing the mortality rate in statin-intolerant patients.
Methods: This Meta-analysis is based on 250 RCTs selected by PRISMA FLOW guidelines. Sampling done by PICO framework. Inclusion criteria of literature, subjects, age, dosage, treatment duration,before and after intervention lipid levels. Descriptive & Infrential Analysis done by IBM SPSS version 28.

Conclusion: Nutraceuticals, combined with the DASH diet, improve lipid profiles with minimal side effects, especially in statin-intolerant patients. Effective dyslipidemia management is crucial for preventing cardiovascular diseases and should include lifestyle modifications. These study innovations are recommended for clinical practice.
